OUR ENLISTMENT PROCESS IS SIGNIFICANT
Joining YMC starts with a full interview involving both the child and their parents. We believe personal growth begins at home, so parental involvement is key.
Parent Evaluation:
We assess the parent’s goals—whether it’s structure, discipline, or accountability—and their commitment to support the organization through event participation, and applying YMC values at home.
The Interview Process
Child Evaluation:
We evaluate the child’s readiness for discipline, their ability to follow instructions, handle stress, and embrace personal development.
Families will be notified by email or mail with either next steps or guidance if not approved.
